quiet-sarah:
Sarah with her nose in a book sat down in the anatomy section of the Library. She wasn’t reading anatomy book today, but this section of the Library was almost like a sanctuary to her, and anyone that was looking through the books was either extremely interesting to Sarah or an intruder. The saying “don’t judge a book by it’s cover” didn’t apply to Sarah, people-watching was a hobby for her. Sarah heard footsteps slowly coming in her direction, although she wasn’t too sure who it was or if they were actually going to come down this row. She held her breath to listen to the footsteps, usually she could tell if the person was male or female by how fast and heavy their footsteps were. She exhaled the breathe she was holding, unable to tell who the person was. As the figure emerged before her she froze, hoping the figure wouldn’t see her. The figure turned it’s head and Sarah let out a shy, “Hi.”
Liam walked to the anatomy section of the library in hopes of finding a book that would simplify the whole idea for him. Upon entering, he heard a quiet voice say, “Hi.” He turned his head to the source and found a body to match. He didn’t really know who she was, and never really saw her around the school before. But, it made sense; the school was huge. A new friend couldn’t do any harm right? Liam thought to himself. “Uh..hi!” he said in a hushed tone.
